Two options for new Drakes Island Road Bridge
Two options were presented for the new bridge during a May 23 forum, in Wells, Maine. Members of the public got glimpses of two potential designs to replace the current 84 year old bridge. Construction is expected to begin on the project the winter of 2025 or early 2026.
