CMA Engineers President Paul Schmidt, PE, and Adam Sandahl, PE, BCEE, Principal and Project Manager, headed to St. Louis, Missouri, for RCon 2026, hosted by the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA), September 29–October 2.
The conference brought together more than 1,500 solid waste and resource management professionals to share ideas, explore new technologies, and discuss the future of the industry. Paul and Adam enjoyed the opportunity to connect with colleagues, catch up on industry trends, and bring home fresh perspectives to support CMA Engineers’ solid waste clients.
And, of course, no trip to St. Louis would be complete without a little time to explore the Gateway City!
